Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients across a range of commercial and regulatory litigation matters
- Draft motions, pleadings and substantive briefs
- Manage discovery in complex litigation matters
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Engage directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Support case strategy and trial preparation
Who You Are
- A 3rd–5th year litigation associate with transferable experience
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Experience managing discovery and motion practice
- Strong communication skills and client-facing ability
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple matters
- Admitted to the Alabama Bar
Compensation
- Salary Range: $250,000 – $315,000 (DOE)
