Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and respond to complaints and pleadings
- Manage discovery and motion practice
- Support trial and appellate proceedings
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Work closely with clients and senior attorneys on litigation strategy
Who You Are
- 3rd–5th year associate
- Strong general litigation experience
- Experience across all phases of litigation, including discovery, motions, trials and appeals
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Strong academic credentials
- Experience at a comparable law firm preferred
- Collaborative, detail-oriented and client-focused
Compensation
Salary: $260,000 – $365,000 (DOE)
