- 3–5 years of litigation experience
- Experience in complex commercial litigation preferred
- Strong academic and professional credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities
- Admitted to practice in Pennsylvania
