Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of litigation matters, from discovery through to trial preparation.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and client correspondence with precision and clarity.
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies in partnership with senior counsel.
• Engage directly with clients and appear in court as part of an experienced trial team.
• Contribute to business development and mentoring initiatives within the wider practice.

Who You Are

• 3–4 years of general litigation experience gained at a reputable firm.
• Experience with trust and estate disputes is advantageous but not essential.
• Strong academic background with excellent research, writing, and advocacy skills.
• Confident oral communicator with a genuine interest in courtroom advocacy.
• Active Colorado Bar membership (in good standing).

Compensation

Salary Range: $210,000 – $220,000 DOE
