Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in sophisticated commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions, briefs and other substantive legal filings
- Conduct legal research and develop strategic litigation arguments
- Aid with all phases of litigation through trial and appeal
- Support trial preparation and courtroom advocacy
- Work directly with partners on high-profile commercial disputes
- Build strong client relationships while delivering practical, commercially focused advice
Who You Are
- 1st–3rd year associate
- Commercial litigation experience gained at a law firm
- J.D. from a Top 14 law school with a minimum 3.2 GPA, or top 10% of the class at a Top 50 law school
- Strong legal research, writing and analytical skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal skills
- Collaborative, driven and committed to exceptional client service
Compensation
Salary Range: $205,000 – $220,000 (DOE)
