Litigation Associate Location: Dallas, TX A leading global law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate with 5+ years of experience to join its Dallas office. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced litigator to join a sophisticated and broad-based litigation practice, with exposure to a variety of complex disputes and practice areas. Responsibilities

• Work on sophisticated litigation matters across a range of practice areas
• Conduct complex legal research and analysis
• Draft substantive motions, briefs and other litigation documents
• Assist with developing case strategy
• Manage significant litigation workstreams
• Work closely with experienced litigators on high-stakes matters
• Take meaningful responsibility for matters and client relationships

Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation experience
• Exceptional academic credentials
• Strong legal research and writing skills
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Able to manage significant responsibility within complex matters
• Admitted or eligible for admission to the Texas Bar
