Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in complex litigation matters in state and federal courts
- Draft pleadings, motions and substantive briefs, including motions to dismiss, summary judgment and class certification
- Conduct legal research and analysis on complex legal issues
- Support appellate work, including writs and appeals
- Participate in depositions, hearings and trial preparation
- Assist with case strategy and client communications
Who You Are
- Junior to mid-level litigation associate
- Experience drafting briefs on complex litigation matters
- Strong academic credentials
- Excellent research, writing and analytical skills
- Experience with depositions, hearings and trial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Admitted to the Virginia Bar
