Litigation Associate

About the role

Litigation Associate positions are available in Spencer Fane's Las Vegas, NV office. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of commercial litigation experience, though this is not a strict requirement.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior attorneys in preparing and presenting legal arguments in court
• Research and analyze legal issues to support case strategies
• Prepare and review pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
• Manage discovery requests and coordinate with clients and opposing counsel
• Attend depositions and trials as necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law or related field
• Admitted to practice law in at least one state
• Strong academic record and relevant coursework
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
