The Litigation Associate Attorney will join an established suburban law firm known for its expertise in litigation, trusts and estates, real estate, corporate, and transactional matters. The firm's litigation team handles complex, high-stakes disputes with skill and efficiency, offering a professional and collaborative environment where attorneys are entrusted with meaningful responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Draft pleadings and motions
• Conduct discovery
• Manage hearings
• Contribute to trial preparation
• Handle commercial and business litigation
• Deal with estate and trust controversies
• Handle employment matters
• Deal with general civil disputes

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Licensed to practice law in Illinois
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Professionalism, responsiveness, and a client-centered approach
