Litigation Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support a diverse caseload of complex litigation matters
• Handle all stages of litigation, including case assessment, discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Draft, review, and argue motions and pleadings
• Conduct and defend depositions
• Prepare witnesses, exhibits, and case materials for hearings and trial
• Utilize e-discovery platforms and litigation technology tools
• Develop litigation strategies and collaborate with clients and legal teams
• Maintain strong client relationships while delivering high-quality legal services

Qualifications

• Active California State Bar license required
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience
• Experience with motion practice, depositions, trial preparation and courtroom proceedings, case file management, E-discovery software and litigation technology
• Strong legal research, writing, advocacy, and negotiation skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while working remotely
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Outstanding academic credentials preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $165,000 – $185,000 annually
