Litigation Associate

Our litigators work on complex commercial disputes across a range of industries and subject areas, including construction, employment, real estate, shareholder disputes, and other business matters. We represent clients in state and federal court through all stages of litigation. This is an outstanding opportunity for an associate looking for substantive work and meaningful responsibility while continuing to develop as a litigator. Our matters are leanly staffed, and associates work closely with partners and clients. Candidates must be barred in Pennsylvania and should possess the following: Strong academic credentials, including a J.D. or equivalent degree from a well-respected U.S. law school.Excellent writing and analytical skills.Experience in state and federal courts.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to respond productively to direction and feedback, and to work well with staff and leadership.An ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment, manage workflow priorities, and meet deadlines.Be a team player – be collaborative and work with a spirit of camaraderie.Outstanding attention to accuracy and detail, and commitment to work product that is thorough, complete, and excellent.
