Qualifications:

• Active membership in the Virginia State Bar (required)
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Experience handling a range of civil litigation matters
• Ability to manage cases independently while collaborating with a team
• Professional judgment, attention to detail, and strong client communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Handle all phases of civil litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, and trial preparation
• Draft and review litigation documents and legal memoranda
• Participate in court appearances, depositions, and hearings
• Work directly with clients and opposing counsel
• Collaborate closely with partners and other associates on complex matters
