Litigation Associate

About the role

The Litigation Associate will represent clients in trademark, copyright, trade secret, patent and inventorship disputes before U.S. courts, in arbitral proceedings, in the International Trade Commission, and the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or life sciences
• 2-4 years of IP litigation experience
• Strong academic credentials
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills

Pay

$140,000 - $200,000 annually. Final compensation based on education, experience, skills, professional background, and overall qualifications.

Work environment

This position operates in a professional office environment. The firm currently operates on a hybrid work schedule, but we encourage regularly scheduled presence in the office environment, as we believe this to be an important and expected component of this position.
