About the role

The Litigation team in Hunton’s Richmond office is seeking a full-time, partnership-track associate position. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of litigation experience.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of complex litigation matters
• Contribute to pro bono initiatives
• Provide exceptional client service

Requirements

• Strong academic record
• Willingness to handle pro bono matters
• Focus on client service
• Judicial clerkship preferred

Qualifications

• Virginia bar membership preferred, required within one year of joining the firm

Pay

Based on experience and clerkship, we may offer clerkship bonuses and up to two years of seniority and salary credit for purposes of partnership consideration and compensation for a candidate coming to the firm directly from the clerkship.
