Hirschler, a dynamic, multispecialty law firm headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an experienced associate to join our Construction Practice Group.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with clients and colleagues on a broad range of matters, including litigation, arbitration, and regulatory disputes.
• Have immediate opportunities for client contact and meaningful responsibility, including involvement in strategy development, discovery, motions practice, and dispute resolution.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, with a focus on construction-related disputes.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities and a collaborative mindset.
• Admission to practice in Virginia.
