About the role

Dinsmore is seeking a Litigation Associate in Los Angeles, California with 2-6 years of litigation experience, including motion preparation, deposition assistance, complex discovery, case preparation for trial, and extensive brief and motion drafting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and argue motions
• Assist in taking depositions
• Handle complex discovery and ESI
• Prepare cases for trial
• Research and draft briefs and motions

Requirements

• License to practice in California
• Strong academic background
• Excellent research, writing, analytical, and communication skills

Qualifications

A strong academic record is required, along with a demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced legal environment.

Skills

Proficiency in legal research, drafting, and presenting arguments are essential. Experience with e-discovery and trial preparation is preferred.

Pay

The base salary range for this position is $190,000 – $220,000, with up to $40,000 in bonus potential.

Schedule

Full-time position.
