Litigation Associate

About the role

We are currently accepting applications for an outstanding Associate to join our Dispute Resolution team starting in September 2026. We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual with a strong interest in corporate litigation and insolvency law and who thrives in a dynamic, challenging environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic advice to companies and national and international groups across various aspects of corporate litigation and insolvency law.
• Take ownership of files, balancing independence and guidance under the supervision of partners or senior associates.
• Participate actively in client meetings to develop your legal and interpersonal skills.

Requirements

• You hold a Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university, with a strong academic record. Extracurricular activities or relevant internships are an asset.
• You are fluent in Dutch and English, with outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. French is a plus.
• You are proactive, eager to learn, and genuinely interested in business law and litigation matters.
• Analytical, resilient, and flexible, you approach complex legal challenges with integrity and professionalism.
• A collaborative team player, you value cooperation but also demonstrate independence

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law from a Belgian university
