About the role

A Litigation Associate position is available in our Newark office. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of commercial litigation experience, including experience in State and Federal Courts, class actions, and sophisticated issues.

Responsibilities

• Client interaction
• On-your-feet court experience
• Direct involvement in all aspects of litigation including discovery, depositions, brief writing, and trial

Requirements

• BAR ADMISSION REQUIRED: New Jersey
• Excellent academic credentials
• Prior litigation experience
