Job Requirements
3 to 8 years of experience in complex litigation and dispute resolution required.
Sophisticated experience in all phases of litigation and dispute resolution, with trial experience preferred.
Top twenty school or top 10% of law school class.
Excellent writing skills.
Licensed to practice in New York, Florida, and/or Texas. Additional jurisdictions a plus.
Federal or appellate state clerkship experience preferred.
Experience on law review, journals, and moot court preferred.
Pay
The base salary for this position is expected to be between $300,000 to $450,000 annually. Salary will be determined based on experience, skills, and other related factors.
