Litigation Associate

Position Title: Litigation Associate Salary Range: $280,000–$330,000 / Year, DOE Work on sophisticated, high-stakes commercial disputes where you will have a meaningful role in shaping case strategy, not simply supporting it from the sidelines. This Litigation Associate will join a nationally recognized litigation practice handling complex commercial matters, including brand and reputational disputes, with hands-on responsibility for discovery, motion practice, depositions, witness preparation and trial strategy. The ideal candidate is an ambitious, collaborative litigator with 4–5 years of strong commercial litigation experience who wants substantive responsibility, direct exposure to complex matters, and a clear path toward long-term advancement.
