Key Responsibilities
- Aid attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
- Organize case files, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery documents.
- Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management systems.
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
- File documents with courts and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Prepare and organize trial exhibits and materials.
- Gather, review, and summarize evidence and documents.
- Provide general administrative support.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation assistant or in a similar legal role.
- Familiarity with legal terminology and litigation processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Schedule
