Key Responsibilities

  • Aid attorneys in preparing for trials, hearings, and depositions.
  • Organize case files, draft pleadings, and prepare discovery documents.
  • Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case management systems.
  • Communicate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel.
  • File documents with courts and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Prepare and organize trial exhibits and materials.
  • Gather, review, and summarize evidence and documents.
  • Provide general administrative support.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation assistant or in a similar legal role.
  • Familiarity with legal terminology and litigation processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism under pressure.

Schedule
