Literature Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer Project

Responsibilities

• Engage advanced language models with literary passages, analytical questions, and interpretation tasks.
• Verify factual accuracy and coherence of model responses.
• Evaluate the depth and validity of literary analysis provided by the model.
• Capture reproducible error traces during interactions.
• Provide structured feedback to improve model performance, including prompt refinement, evaluation criteria, and reasoning quality.

Requirements

• A degree in literature, English, comparative literature, or a related humanities field is preferred but not required.
• Strong background in classical literature, modern and contemporary fiction, poetry, drama, literary theory, comparative literature, and critical analysis.
• Experience in teaching, academic research, editorial work, or extensive reading and writing.
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills—explicitly articulating reasoning and interpretive steps.

Qualifications

Pay

We offer a pay range of $6 to $65 per hour, with the exact rate determined after evaluating your experience, expertise, and geographic location. Final offer amounts may vary from the pay range listed above.
