Responsibilities

- Verify factual accuracy and coherence of model responses.
- Evaluate the depth and validity of literary analysis provided by the model.
- Capture reproducible error traces during interactions.
- Provide structured feedback to improve model performance, including prompt refinement, evaluation criteria, and reasoning quality.
Requirements
- A degree in literature, English, comparative literature, or a related humanities field is preferred but not required.
- Strong background in classical literature, modern and contemporary fiction, poetry, drama, literary theory, comparative literature, and critical analysis.
- Experience in teaching, academic research, editorial work, or extensive reading and writing.
- Clear, metacognitive communication skills—explicitly articulating reasoning and interpretive steps.
Qualifications

Pay
