About the role
The position exists to help ensure clean, accurate and complete data is available for literacy data. They will:
- Complete data quality checks and report on common issues.
- Create a process to efficiently cleanse the literacy screening data for use in reporting.
- Provide recommendations of how to improve data quality of information initially received from vendors.
- Fulfill data requests requiring literacy screening data.

Requirements
Enrollment in a post secondary or graduate program in data science, computer science, mathematics, business administration, education or a related field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite of Products (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, etc.).
Qualifications
Familiarity with educational assessments (e.g., literacy screening tools).
Experience creating documents for others to use.
Experience with data entry and/or data cleanings.
Experience with data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Experience writing SQL queries.
