About the role

The Wigwam is a Four Diamond property with 331 guest rooms spanning 440 acres. Located in Litchfield Park, AZ, The Wigwam is a renowned Arizona landmark deeply entwined with Arizona history since 1929. We are currently seeking enthusiastic, driven individuals to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive or move about the restaurant area
• Maintains proper and adequate set-up of the server stations
• Aid the servers in maintaining clean available tables for arriving guests
• Aid servers with continual service details
• Maintain the cleanliness of the restaurant area
• Work collaboratively with other restaurant servers and kitchen/bar staff

Requirements

• An engaging and welcoming personality
• Knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails, and spirits
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creating an exceptional experience for all guests
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to regularly lift and carry 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a food service environment preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Pay

Compensation packages are based on a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, years & depth of experience, certifications and specific office location. This may differ in other locations due to cost of labor considerations.

Schedule

This is a full-time position with flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
