Responsibilities

- Be a willing and collaborative partner in supporting all areas of the organization.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Gain experience in, and provide redundancy for, the following areas: Production, Consistency in meeting agreed-upon deadlines for weekly and monthly reporting, Creation, maintenance, evaluation, and improvement of squad metrics and standards, Coaching team members on proper card handling techniques and production expectations, Exploring opportunities for innovation and collaborating with leadership on process improvements.
- Resolve issues reported by squad members in a timely, professional, and effective manner.
- Support the implementation of new or updated policies, procedures, and operational processes.
- Ensure all inventory and cards are handled and processed securely and accurately.
- Squad Management: Build and maintain a cohesive, engaged, and collaborative squad culture, Communicate effectively and professionally with squad members, peers, and leadership, Invest in squad development to support engagement, morale, and long-term success, Prepare for and facilitate daily huddles and team communications, Conduct regular one-on-ones and provide timely, constructive, and positive feedback, Partner with leadership to identify and support professional development opportunities for squad members, Address performance and disciplinary matters professionally, consistently, and in a timely manner, Review and approve timesheets accurately and on schedule, Support training, retraining, and onboarding initiatives for squad members.
- Leadership: Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training activities as needed, Provide support to other squads, Squad Captains, and leadership teams as business needs require, Be available to work extended, alternate, or weekend hours when operational needs arise.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; additional education is a plus.
- Experience in production, operations, fulfillment, warehouse, or trading card-related environments required.
- Experience using Microsoft Office and related workplace communication tools preferred.
- Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred.
