About the role
You will work closely with clients throughout every stage of the real estate journey, offering informed support with property purchases, sales, and investment decisions. Your industry knowledge, strong communication skills, and careful attention to detail will help keep transactions organized, efficient, and successful from beginning to end.
Responsibilities
- Graduate from PLACE Agent Launch
- Execute PLACE lead generation systems weekly
- Conduct two open houses monthly
- Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
- Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
- Participate in team activities per team standards
- Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
- Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market homes
- Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing-related services
- Negotiate offers on behalf of your sellers
- Track activities and clients in PLACE Technology
Qualifications
- You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit
- You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions
- Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones
- Overcoming objections comes naturally
- You are a strong communicator and committed to service
- Team player
- Licensed real estate professional
- 3+ years’ of real estate sales experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Learning-based, growth-minded
- Organized
- Willingness to learn scripts and dialogues
- Excellent time management skills
