Listed Clearing Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Oversight of daily operations of outsourced/offshore support teams
• Reconciliation and maintenance of DTC and OCC positions, balances, and settlements
• Maintenance of synchronized internal systems
• Monitoring of clearinghouse margin requirements, OCC activity, and resolution of transaction exceptions
• Collaboration with internal business units, affiliates, Front Office, auditors, and regulators
• Validation of outbound invoices for services rendered and oversight of clearinghouse charges
• Preparation and validation of recurring management reports and operational metrics
• Participation in change management initiatives to support new products and services
• Coordination of responses to audit and regulatory requests

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably within banking or brokerage operations
• Strong knowledge of DTC (Depository Trust Company) clearance and settlement processes
• Working knowledge of OCC (Options Clearing Corporation)
• Experience with trade settlements, reconciliations, cash management, and exception resolution
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with the Client Shadow platform is a plus
