We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The job summary is given: "Job Summary This role is responsible for increasing customer confidence and loyalty by providing courteous and prompt service, consistent operating conditions and a friendly atmosphere." That's prose. Could be
. Then Responsibilities: list with percentages? The posting includes responsibilities with % of time. We need to output
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can list each responsibility as
- with description. Should we include percentages? Probably include them as part of the text. The instruction: preserve all substantive information. So include percentages. Responsibilities: we have three bullet points: Compliance (50%), Customer Excellence (25%), Operational Excellence (25%). Each includes multiple sentences. We'll put each as
- .
Qualifications: includes Required Education (N/A), Preferred Education (High School / GED Diploma), Language(s) Required (English), Preferred (English and Spanish), Relevant Experience (Supervisory Experience 0 -3 yrs minimum No Supervisory Experience) weird. Might need to parse: "Relevant Experience Supervisory Experience 0 -3 yrs minimum No Supervisory Experience". Likely means supervisory experience 0-3 years minimum? Actually "No Supervisory Experience" maybe means not required. We'll keep as text.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: list of items. We'll output as
- each.
Environmental Factors: includes Physical Demands, Working Conditions, Safety Risk Factors, Overall Required Equipment, Department Specific Required Equipment, Personal Protective Equipment, Pulling Requirement, Lifting Requirement. This is a lot. We need to decide if we include Environmental Factors as a section? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. It does have content. Should we make a section heading "Environmental Factors"? The allowed headings list includes: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Environmental Factors is not in that list. So we cannot create a heading not in list. We must map content to allowed headings. Possibly "Requirements" or "Skills". Environmental factors could go under "Requirements" (like physical requirements). Or "Skills". The instruction: Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can only use those headings. We need to decide where to place the environmental factors content. Likely under "Requirements" (physical requirements) or "Skills". Since they are about physical demands, equipment, etc., they are more like job requirements. So we can put them under "Requirements". Also we have Qualifications section already. Could combine Qualifications and Requirements? But we need to avoid thin sections. We have Responsibilities, Qualifications, maybe Requirements (for physical/environmental). Also Skills could be separate for knowledge, skills & abilities. But we already have Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required which could go under Skills. So we could have sections: Responsibilities, Qualifications, Skills, Requirements (environmental). That seems reasonable. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. We must remove boilerplate: disclaimer, etc. The posting includes "Disclaimer Performs other job-related duties as assigned." That's boilerplate; we should remove it. Also "Addendum Required Certifications & Trainings ..." That's specific content (list of trainings). That's substantive; we should keep it. Where to put? Could be under Qualifications or Skills. It's about certifications & trainings required. Could be under Qualifications (maybe as part of qualifications). Or under Skills. Since it's specific trainings, maybe under Qualifications. We'll include as part of Qualifications list. We need to preserve all substantive information: so we need to include the list of certifications & trainings. We must not include cookie/navigation/legal/EEO etc. Not present. We must not include application instructions. Now craft HTML. Structure:

Skills
- Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required: (already covered in Qualifications? Might duplicate). Actually we already listed many KSAs in Qualifications. To avoid duplication, maybe we should move the KSAs to Skills section and keep Qualifications for education, language, experience, age, certifications. Let's restructure.
We have Qualifications: education, language, experience, age, TIPS training, work authorization, drug test, compliance, integrity, computer skills, customer service, fast-paced ability.
Skills: knowledge, skills & abilities: ability to read/write/speak/understand English, follow instructions, etc. But we already have ability to read/write etc in Qualifications. Might be okay to duplicate? Better to avoid duplication. Let's think: The posting had a section "Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required" with list: Must be at least 21 years of age, TIPS Training required..., Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English, and proficiently follow instructions., Authorization to work..., Successful completion..., Compliance..., High standard..., Basic computer skills..., Customer service skills., Ability to work in face-paced and busy environment.
So those are KSAs. The Qualifications section also had Required Education, Preferred Education, Language(s), Relevant Experience, Supervisory Experience. So we should separate: Qualifications for education, language, experience; Skills for KSAs; Requirements for environmental/physical factors.
Thus:
