Liquor Associate
for headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections apply.
From posting: There's a Position Summary, Here's What You'll Do (responsibilities), Here's What You'll Need (requirements/qualifications/skills), Physical Requirements (maybe part of requirements), Benefits mention: "As part of our People First culture, SpartanNash is proud to offer a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package." That's a benefit statement but not specific details. The instruction says: never create Benefits section unless posting actually states them. It does mention benefits package but not specifics. Is that enough? It says "robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package." That's a statement but not specific benefits. Likely we should not create Benefits section because no specific benefits listed. Pay and Schedule not mentioned. So we may have sections: About the role (maybe from Position Summary?), Responsibilities, Requirements (including qualifications, skills, physical). Could also have Qualifications separate? But we can combine.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Use for each section heading.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include the details from the posting.
We need to remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove location? The instruction: "Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." Location maybe minor metadata? It says location: 1516 E. St. Patrick St. - Rapid City, South Dakota 57702. Could be included in a short
. Probably we can include location in a
after the heading? But we shouldn't create a heading for location. Could just include as a paragraph before sections. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown. Let's craft:
Location: 1516 E. St. Patrick St. - Rapid City, South Dakota 57702
Then maybe anAbout the role
with the Position Summary paragraph. Position Summary: "This role is responsible to work independently to display and stock products; to ensure that you contribute to the financial best interest of the store. Additionally, this role is responsible for meeting company guidelines for guest experience, as well as complying with company guidelines for safety and food safety." We'll put that in. Then
Responsibilities
with a- list of duties from "Here’s What You’ll Do". Need to preserve each bullet as separate list items. The text is a long sentence with periods separating tasks. We need to split into items. Let's parse: - Greet customers and answer questions regarding product content, use and price. - Responsible to receive, inspect and verify in coming stock; review and document freight damage. - Arrange shelves and floor displays by changing, rotating and pricing products. - Monitor ongoing inventory, assist with cycle counts, determine stocking needs, code merchandise, check product in display for quality by visually inspecting product and remove distress merchandise. - Enter merchandise data into the system to update files and generate reports. - Reconcile daily receipts with daily sales reports when required. - Process customers purchase promptly and courteously through the use of a cash register and/or scanning equipment. - Observe customers, checks identification for proof-of-age. - Maintain a clean and orderly work area including sales floor and backroom areas that are free from debris and clutter with clean floors, cases, shelves, glass, clean and organized coolers and/or storage areas. - Assist in maximizing product sales by offering product information, providing selling suggestions. - Follow all PPE and Safety Guidelines - Follow all Food Safety and Cleaning Expectations - Follow Guest Experience Guidelines - May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience need - Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed We'll put each as
- .
Then
Requirements
(or maybe Qualifications and Skills). The posting has "Here’s What You’ll Need" list: High School Diploma (Preferred), One year of retail industry or customer service experience preferred, Good verbal communication skills..., Good customer service and organizational skills., Good understanding of federal, state, local and company regulations relating to the sale of alcohol and/or tobacco products., Prior knowledge of wines, spirits and beer helpful for product suggestion and identification. Then Physical Requirements paragraph. We could split into Requirements (education/experience) and Skills (communication etc.) but we have limited headings. Could do Requirements and Skills separate. We have headings: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We could put education/experience under Requirements, skills under Skills, and physical under Qualifications? But Qualifications maybe similar to Requirements. Let's decide: Use Requirements for education/experience, Skills for communication/organizational/regulatory knowledge, and maybe Physical Requirements under a separate heading? There's no specific heading for Physical, but we could put under Requirements as well. However we should not create empty headings. We'll create:Requirements
with education/experience list.Skills
with communication, customer service, organizational, regulations, product knowledge. Then maybe aPhysical Requirements
but that's not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical Requirements not allowed. So we need to fold physical requirements into either Requirements or Qualifications. Probably under Requirements as part of job requirements. We'll include physical requirements paragraph under Requirements after the list. Thus we will not create a separate Physical heading. We must not include Benefits section because no specific benefits. Now ensure we don't include boilerplate like EEO, etc. Also remove "As part of our People First culture, SpartanNash is proud to offer a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package." That's benefits statement but not specific; we should not create Benefits section. Should we include that sentence somewhere? It's a benefit statement but vague. The instruction: "never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them." It does state benefits package exists but not details. It's ambiguous. Safer to omit that sentence entirely? But we must preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. That sentence is substantive? It's a statement about benefits. If we omit it, we are summarizing away detail. However we cannot create a Benefits section because we lack specifics. Could we include that sentence in aunder About the role or Requirements? It's not really about role or requirements. Could we add a generic
after sections? There's no heading for "Benefits". We could just include it as a
without a heading. The instruction: "Use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It doesn't forbid having paragraphs outside headings. It says use those headings for sections. So we can have a paragraph about benefits without a heading. That's acceptable. Thus we will include a
after sections: "As part of our People First culture, SpartanNash is proud to offer a robust and competitive Total Rewards benefits package." Now also need to include EEO etc? Those are boilerplate to remove. So we will remove lines about Equal Opportunity Employer, etc. Also remove "We are not able to sponsor work visas for this position." That's also boilerplate? It's specific but maybe considered minor metadata? It's not a heading. Could keep as a
? It's not a section heading. It's a detail about visa sponsorship. Might be considered substantive? It's a condition. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Visa sponsorship is not exactly those categories, but could be considered legal? It's about work visa sponsorship. Might be considered legal. Safer to remove? It's not EEO or scam-warning. It's a specific condition. I'd keep it as a
maybe under Requirements? But it's not a requirement for the candidate; it's a company limitation. Could be considered minor metadata. I'd remove it to be safe. Also remove "Company: Family Fare Job Area: Retail Job Family: Retail Stores Job Type: Part time Req ID: R89523". Those are metadata; we can fold into a short
or drop. We'll drop them. Now produce HTML. Let's craft:
Location: 1516 E. St. Patrick St. - Rapid City, South Dakota 57702
