Linux Site Reliability Engineer

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Linux-based applications, data systems, and infrastructures.
• Engage in the engineering of infrastructural solutions like CCM, SHM, CI/CD, IaC, and more.
• Participate in 24x7 SLA-driven on-call rotations.
• Triage and resolve issues and tickets.
• Perform Linux and other technology administration and engineering.
• Create and maintain Linux and application scripts.
• Develop and implement automation and acceleration strategies.

Requirements

• High proficiency in command-line Linux administration, troubleshooting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in LAMP/LAPP stack and/or Linux-based database administration.
• Experience with automation/acceleration and/or DevOps techniques and technologies.
• Experience with containerization, orchestration, IaC, and/or CI/CD (Docker et al is a plus).
• Experience with large data and analytics systems (SQL preferred).
• Experience with the PCI DSS.
