Location: Avilla, IN | Facility: Sacred Heart Village | Department/Specialty: Laundry | Schedule: Part-time, Day
Responsibilities
- Collect washes and/or distributes clean linens and apparel for assigned clinical areas
- Collect and sort soiled linens and apparel for assigned areas
- Stock and distribute clean linens and apparel, adhering to infection control guidelines
- Perform daily inventory to ensure clean linens and apparel are accurately stocked and distributed
- Identify items for repair or replacement and notify management
- Wash, dry or fold laundered linens and apparel
- Operate all laundry equipment according to operating instructions and departmental policies
- Maintain work area and equipment in clean, working condition
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Pay
$18.31 - $24.77 per hour
