Loews Kansas City Hotel offers opportunities at an 800-room hotel connected to the Kansas City Convention Center. Team members support 60,000 square feet of event space, dining outlets, an indoor lap pool, and a prime downtown location near Power & Light, T-Mobile Center, and the Streetcar.

Responsibilities
- Maintain linen rooms so they are clean, stocked, and organized according to operational needs.
- Provide daily inventory updates to the Manager and report any shortages or concerns promptly.
- Assist with departmental coverage when needed and attend team meetings to stay aligned.
- Offer accurate information about hotel facilities and services to guests when asked.
- Uphold professional appearance standards and wear the proper uniform at all times.
- Deliver friendly, helpful guest interactions that reflect Loews’ commitment to exceptional service.
- Follow OSHA safety guidelines and departmental procedures for chemical use, protective gear, and emergency protocols.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional conduct in all interactions.
- Regular attendance in conformance with standards.
- May be required to work varying schedules to reflect business needs.
- Required to attend all mandatory training sessions and meetings.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Previous experience in a laundry role preferred.
- Previous experience in a hotel or resort environment preferred.
- Basic English skills preferred.
- Ability to walk, stand, reach, and bend.
- Ability to push, lift, and pull items weighing up to 150 lbs repetitively during entire shift.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required.
