Linen Distribution Attendant

Responsibilities

• Able to properly load exchange carts.
• Delivers clean linen to all designated departments in a timely manner.
• Maintains work area, equipment, and carts in a clean and orderly manner.
• Practices Infection control standards.
• Performs inventory count.
• Secures quantities of scrub suits for assigned departments.
• Communicates effectively with contract service.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Secures soiled linen for pickup.
• Prepares clean linen for delivery to West.

Requirements

• High school graduate.
• Ability to read, speak, and write the English language, and follow oral and written instructions.
• Previous linen distribution experience preferred.
• On‑the‑job training.
• Valid driver’s license with no points.
