Linen Aide - Laundry (Full Time) 8111

About the role

The Linen Aide will be responsible for receiving clean linens, replenishing exchange carts, delivering clean linens to all nursing units and ancillary services, and outside clinics as required for effective patient care. The position also requires collecting soiled linen, loading it into carts, and taking carts to the loading dock for collection. Overtime may be required on short notice to ensure all linen deliveries and replenishment are complete.

Responsibilities

• Receive clean linens, replenish exchange carts
• Deliver clean linens to all nursing units and ancillary services, and outside clinics as required
• Collect soiled linen, load it into carts
• Take carts to the loading dock for collection
• Work overtime on a short notice as needed
• Record linen usage using handheld devices

Requirements

Must be able to show the ability to record linen usage with handheld devices.
