Lineman Journeyman (Cottonwood) Sign-On Bonus
About the role
AzPS is seeking a Journeyman Lineman for our (Cottonwood) Verde Construction Crew. The position is located in Cottonwood, AZ.
Responsibilities
- Work on all types of distribution lines including 4kv to 21kv and related equipment
- Travel to various job sites within the service territory
- Perform hands-on tasks and climb poles safely
- Operate aerial equipment within weight restrictions
- Pass written and hands-on exams
- May require reasonable overtime
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Completed a Registered Journeyman Lineman Apprenticeship Program or equivalent training
- One year experience as a Journeyman Lineman
- Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with DOT requirements met
- Lives within a reasonable distance of headquarters (1 hour)

- Experience working on all types of distribution lines including 4kv to 21kv and all related equipment required
- Must pass written and hands-on exam and successfully demonstrate climbing skills

Pay
The pay range for this position is $60,000 - $70,000 annually.
Schedule
The work hours for this position are Monday- Friday: 6:00AM - 2:30PM.
