Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs
• Complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer-specific services
• Accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings
• Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
• Follow Mopar repair standards and dealership procedures
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years mainline technician experience required
• Mopar certification strongly preferred
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
• Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Provide own tools and diagnostic equipment
