Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical vehicle concerns
- Perform engine, transmission, suspension, brake, and drivability repairs
- Complete recalls, warranty repairs, and manufacturer-specific services
- Accurately document repair orders and diagnostic findings
- Use manufacturer diagnostic tools and service information
- Follow Mopar repair standards and dealership procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with service advisors and other technicians

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years mainline technician experience required
- Mopar certification strongly preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a flat-rate environment
- Commitment to quality repairs and customer satisfaction
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- Provide own tools and diagnostic equipment
