Line Server
Operations, Administrative, Service, or Technical Support Level 1 – An entry-level role building knowledge and skills. Performs routine, well-defined, easy-to-understand tasks that can typically be learned in a short period of time. Work is performed under close supervision using clearly prescribed methods and detailed instructions.
Responsibilities
- Serves food to diners following established quality control, portioning, and customer service standards
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of serving lines, condiment stations, and dining areas
- Sets up and breaks down serving stations in accordance with dining service requirements
- Follows all sanitation and health safety standards strictly
- Provides excellent service in a friendly, sincere, and courteous manner
- Confirms supplies and equipment availability and oversees setup as necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- No experience required
Skills
- Knowledge of food service sanitation and safety procedures
- Skill in high-volume dining customer service
- Skill in verbal, written, and interpersonal communication
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment

Pay
$16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Schedule
- Location: Gracie's
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM
- Work schedule may fluctuate based on University-wide events and academic breaks
