About the role

QDOBA Mexican Eats is seeking Team Members to join the flavor squad. From the grill to the register, you'll help create experiences that keep guests coming back.

Responsibilities

• Roll burritos and build bowls, tacos, and nachos
• Make guests smile as part of the flavor and fun
• Keep things clean, safe, and shiny
• Jump in wherever needed including line cook, register, prep, and grill
• Work fast and have fun doing it

Qualifications

• Bring big energy and good vibes to the team
• Love moving fast and making things happen
• Stay cool under pressure and kind under stress
• Can work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Want to grow, learn, and maybe lead one day
