Line Server

Responsibilities

• Understand and practice all LFCR policies, procedures, and regulations;
• Act as a role model to co-workers by displaying a high level of professionalism, honesty, and integrity;
• Be the best Teammate in a Teamwork environment. Always go out of your way to help your co-workers;
• Prepares all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner;
• Absorbs 100% responsibility for quality of products served;
• Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines;
• Follows recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by the restaurant;
• Follows proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes;
• Restocks all items as needed throughout the shift;
• Handles, stores, and rotates all food items properly;
• Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills;
• Assists in food prep assignments during off-peak periods as needed;
• Full understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station;
• Assists with the cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas;
• Performs additional responsibilities, although not detailed, as requested by other Team Leaders and/or Manager at any time;

Qualifications

• Committed to serving and selling alcohol as certified by the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission;
• Committed to being a Texas Food Handler;
