Job Summary

Responsible for efficient operation of the flex shield area, continuous production & inspection on production line. Primary responsibility will be operation of production line machinery. Meet production rates & improvement targets.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manufacturing sewing experience is required.
• Clearly understand operating and maintaining sewing machines (long arm, overlock, binding, etc.).
• Understand patterns and how to incorporate any pattern into a finished product.
• Responsible for prototypes, and any trials needed within the area.
• Must be able to perform in a team environment.
• Must be able to perform multiple tasks to meet department goals.
• Responsible for all 6S in the area.
• PRACTICE SAFE WORK HABITS AT ALL TIMES

Required Experience, Education, Skills, and Abilities for Consideration as a Candidate

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to use measurement devices.
• Must be able to read and write.
• Must possess good math skills.
• PASS PRE-Employment drug screen & background and reference checks.
• Line experience – Sewing experience required.
