Line Operator (or Trainee) - Ano | 1st Shift

About the role

The Line Operator position at Pioneer Metal Finishing is responsible for coordinating the proper process baths and materials needed to produce the highest quality product for our customers. This position directly contributes to production goals which impact bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the overhead crane on your assigned production line to process customer products through a series of chemical baths that create the metal finish needed.
• Support other staff on the line and complete all necessary documentation (using a computer) for proper processing of the order.

Requirements

• Comfortable working in a warm and cold environment.
• Proficient in English for communication and ensuring safety.
• Ability to work flexible hours including occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of chemical processes and safety protocols.

Skills

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
• Good communication skills.

Schedule

For 1st Shift, you'll work Monday through Friday from 7am to 3pm - but there are occasional opportunities for overtime hours.
