LINE OPERATOR

What You'll Do

• Operate saws and resaw machines
• Set up machine changeovers, as needed
• Follow all safety rules and procedures, as required

What You'll Need

• High School Diploma or GED
• Knowledge of all machine controls
• Previous experience is preferred but not required, training provided for the right candidate

What It's Like

• Work in extreme conditions including heat, cold, and air particulate
• Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes)
• Close, distance, and color vision required
• Must have a good sense of balance & good eye-hand-foot coordination
