Line Leader

About the role

Our manufacturing facility in Miami, Oklahoma, produces a wide array of pet treat products and brands since 1997. The Line Leader role is pivotal in maintaining safety, quality, and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe and healthy work environment for all employees through engagement to strive for zero accidents
• Strive for zero defects through continuous improvement activities to reduce quality upsets
• Lead and motivate team in the achievement of their objectives
• Maximize production yields, plan for future capacity, and maintain flexibility in the production operations needed due to the variance of raw materials received
• Drive Continuous Improvement efforts across the factory
• Manage production through operational reviews and standard routines to ensure sustainable results while using basic problem-solving tools and knowledge sharing to drive continuous improvement
• Assist the Production Team in the scheduling of the factory, communicating production needs to production supervisors, and monitoring overall production performance

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 2+ years of operational experience in a fast-paced warehouse, production or equivalent environment
• 2+ years of leadership experience in a production, warehouse, or equivalent environment

Pay

The approximate pay range for this position is $87,000 to $125,000. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills and abilities as well as geographic location.

Schedule

The current shift option for this role is Monday through Friday from 11:00PM-7:30AM.
