What You´ll Do
- Coordinate line operations by assigning manpower and materials to maximize production efficiency, quality, and adherence to manufacturing orders.
- Maintain accurate production, efficiency, quality, and inventory records, including data entry and verification in company systems.
- Support onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of Line Technicians while promoting a safe work environment.
- Monitor production quality by performing line checks, collecting samples, and promptly escalating equipment, quality, production, or personnel issues to leadership.
- Ensure inventory accuracy by verifying component and bulk receipts, tracking production inputs and outputs, and maintaining accurate barcode and product identification records.

- High School Diploma/HSE strongly preferred
- Good communication skills and proficient in reading and writing English for safe and effective performance of the position
- Proficient math skills as demonstrated through performance
- Demonstrated relative work experience
- The position is in the factory and could involve standing, walking and lifting for long periods of time throughout the day. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds.

The salary for this role is $20.50 - $27.75 plus $1.00 shift differential.
