Responsibilities
- Oversight of day-to-day operations on the production lines to ensure safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals are met while adhering to company policies.
- Cook coordination, monitoring progress, and adjusting staffing or workflow as needed.
- Training, mentoring, and supporting team members to ensure consistent performance and skill development.
- Conducting daily start-up checks, verifying readiness of equipment and materials, and escalating issues when necessary.
- Monitoring product quality at each stage of production and partnering with Quality teams to resolve deviations.
- Tracking production output, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending improvements to enhance productivity.
- Collaborating with Maintenance to report equipment downtime and support timely problem resolution.
- Communicating updates, shift changes, and performance expectations to team members and leadership.
- Participating in Kaizen projects driving safety and productivity improvements.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, audit, and tour-ready work environment.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years Line Lead experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, guide, or coordinate the work of others.
- LEAN and Continuous Improvement experience a plus.
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (e.g., standing, lifting, or manual tasks).
- Basic computer literacy (e.g., email, documentation, digital forms).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills
- Knowledge of basic manufacturing, assembly, or production processes.
- Familiarity with safety practices, quality checks, and standard work instructions.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read work instructions and/or basic technical drawings.
- Strong communication skills across various teams and shift partners.
- Experience identifying process improvements or workflow enhancements.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $23.40 - $28.60
