Line Haul Driver - Overnight - Union

About the role

Line Haul Driver Class A responsible for delivering products between distribution centers and depot locations while ensuring safety, proper documentation, and vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily vehicle inspections and adhere to safety regulations.
• Plan routes, secure cargo, and ensure compliance with traffic laws.
• Complete required paperwork, including DOT logs and inspection reports.
• Report incidents and maintain vehicle, product, and equipment cleanliness.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• DOT certification and valid Commercial Driver’s License.
• At least 21 years old.

Physical Demands

• Ability to lift up to 48 pounds.
• Perform repetitive motions.
• Work extended hours, including weekends and overtime.
• Capable of walking, bending, reaching, and operating machinery.

Schedule

Four 10-hour shifts starting at 10:00 PM, Monday through Thursday, with overtime as needed. Home nightly.
