Line Haul Driver
Valid Class A License with clean driving record. Pay starts at $23/hour for training, then $24/hour after training (training could be as little as a few weeks), pay could vary depending on experience. Advancement up to $29/hour.
Schedule
- Regular work schedule is Sunday - Thursday
- Start times could vary (2nd and 3rd shift blend)
- Typically work Sunday through Thursday evenings leaving approximately between 4pm and 8pm
- May include working on the evening of some holidays
- Some locations require leaving earlier in the day
- Flexibility to work irregular schedule, including holidays and weekends, if needed
About the Role
As a core member of our transportation team, you will be expected to:
- Work independently to line haul products primarily to Erie, PA; Pittsburgh, PA; Syracuse, NY; Elmira, NY; Toledo, OH; Cincinnati, OH; Columbus, OH; or Cleveland, OH.
- Work with dynamic teams, including delivery drivers, line haul assistants, and warehouse teams.
- Flexibility to travel overnight for some locations.
- Work as part of a team with a line haul assistant to transfer product to distribution truck.

What We're Looking For
- Valid Class A License with clean driving record
- Doubles Certification preferred - (will facilitate doubles training/certification for an experienced driver)
- Physical ability to consistently and repetitively lift & carry up to 75 lbs., bend, twist, climb, push & pull a store dolly with up to 500 lbs. of product, and ability to work in a cold environment of -10º to -20ºF
- Maintain cleanliness of truck and truck cab
- Flexibility to work irregular schedule, including holidays and weekends, if needed
- Ability to stay overnight in a sleeper cab
- Accountability to exercise safe behavior
- Commitment to work as part of a team
- Good written, verbal, communication, & map reading skills
