Job Summary

The Line Labor team member is responsible for supporting poultry processing operations by performing various production line duties in a safe, efficient, and quality-focused manner. This position works in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and helps ensure products are processed according to Tyson Foods' safety, quality, food safety, and animal welfare standards.

Essential Functions

• Perform production line tasks as assigned throughout the poultry processing operation.
• Handle, inspect, sort, trim, package, and process poultry products according to specifications.
• Maintain production flow while meeting quality and efficiency standards.
• Follow all food safety, USDA, sanitation, and animal welfare requirements.
• Monitor products for defects and report issues to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Safely operate equipment and tools associated with assigned duties.
• Follow all Tyson Foods safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Assist with line changeovers, cleanup, and sanitation activities as needed.
• Work effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
