Pay

Guaranteed $15.00/hr (including tips)

• Tips: All tips are pooled among all hourly employees and paid out biweekly, typically boosting base pay by more than $2/hr.
• Quarterly Profit-Share: Full-time employees share in profits based on restaurant and company performance, potentially equaling up to 10% of quarterly pay, paid in a lump sum after each quarter.

Responsibilities

• Deliver incredible customer experiences with attention to detail.
• Work all line positions: greeter, ingredients, mixer, protein, and POS.
• Actively communicate with the Leadership Team, grill, and dish crewmembers.
• Maintain a positive and cheerful attitude during all scheduled shifts.
• Restock line and reach-in fridge ingredients as needed.
• Use portion control and minimize waste to keep costs within projected range.
• Multitask and maintain organization in a fast-paced, changing environment.
