About the role
We are seeking talented, passionate and experienced line cooks to join us in developing a diverse, creative and fun kitchen culture dedicated to great cuisine and warm neighborhood hospitality.
Responsibilities
- Carry out recipes and menu items to order with precision and quality that meet our company standards.
- Mastery of assigned stations, including grilling, roasting, braising, and sauté techniques.
- Ensure cleanliness and food and equipment safety.
- Work weekends with flexible availability.
Requirements
- Good organizational skills.
- Knife skills.
- Ability to cook with speed and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills.
